Unifeed Canarini Maintenance , by the company LOR Unibird Line , is a special compound feed for canaries of shape and position, of color (melanin, lipochromic). It does not contain substances and products that can cause color changes such as gilding, plumage depigmentation.

Unifeed Canarini Maintenance is suitable for administration throughout the year, for subjects not in reproduction or just weaned, for females in incubation. It supports and restores the liver function after metabolic stresses such as oviposition (females) and moulting.

Composition: cereals, vegetable proteins, oils and fats, sugars, minerals, probiotics, vitamins, amino acids, antioxidants, flavors.

How to use: administer the product as it is or with the addition of water until a mixture of the consistency of an artisanal ice cream is obtained. In the latter case, the palatability of the unifeed usually increases but it is necessary to replace the uneaten product at least once a day (especially in the summer);

Method for the conversion to unifeed: the canary immediately accepts the new food, even dry, instead of seeds to the extent of 99% of the subjects. Food conversion in this species does not present difficulties.

Food also suitable for the coloring of red factor canaries. The quantity of dye to be mixed with the feed depends on the use of the unifeed: if used as the only food, the dosage is 1/3 of the doses usually used (2 grams per kg of product is recommended).
