Crushed safflower seeds ideal for coloring the Goldfinch mask and for the general health of birds such as canaries, parrots, etc. The pigmenting properties of safflower seeds highlight the shade of the red goldfinch mask in a natural way, without straining the animals' liver. The seeds are ground directly by us on the day of shipment and vacuum-packed to maintain all the properties and be ready for administration. Birds cannot break the peel, which is why shredding is required.

The safflower seed is among those with the highest oil content, slightly lower than the fat content of the sunflower seed. With purgative properties, it is rich in linoleic acid (omega6), it also contains vitamin C and vitamin K, useful for blood coagulation. Also useful in case of prolonged antibiotic or sulfonamide-based therapies that destroy a large part of the intestinal bacterial flora.
