Candide pastoncino is as white as snow, to underline the "white" nature of its ingredients.

Composition: soy protein concentrate, egg white, milk derivatives (casein). Characteristic not only for the protein components (18.2%), but also for the starchy, fats (13.8%) and sugary substances.

It is part of the Italian tradition of soft white pasty, characterized by a "maniacal" nutritional and functional attention (risks of "browning"). The particular texture of this pasty makes it optimal support for dyes.
